Pork scallopini
Apr. 13th, 2010 08:45 amSo I really like cooking, and I think I'm gonna note some recipes down here, when I come across something I made that was tasty.
Pork Scallopini
-pork, sliced thin and pounded out
-butter or olive oil
-one large orange
-black pepper
-oregano
-onion powder
-cooking wine (I used red this time)
Preheat oven to 380f. Slice the orange into thin slices and save the ends. Coat the pork in flour. Fry the pork up in a hot skillet, don't need to cook it all the way, but make it crispy. layer the orange slices between the pork in the cooking pan. Put the wine, the oil or butt\er, spices and juice the oranges into the skillet, once this is warm, pour over the pork and bake till done.
